I've on this great new project working on a spectacular house in Hampstead. Very different from anything I've done before - think Gothic Revival, crowns and dragons and embroidered velvet drapes, with some really modern pieces thrown in to the mix.
Anyway, it's eating up all my time and that's my lame excuse for not blogging often.
Here are some images from the shoot mentioned in my previous post with James Gardiner at Curtain Road Studios in Shoreditch. I added them to my online portfolio blog (which is meant to be just for work contacts, but some people have decided to follow!), but just realized I'd forgotten to update here.
All these props are my own, lugged over from the States. If you look through my portfolio which includes my own house in LA you'll see a lot of these props in other shots. It's always fun to re-work things for a new look.
This first one is my favourite. I want a corner like that in my own living room, flakey wall included.
