The new issue of Anthology Magazine is finally out and it's gorgeous. It's the kind of magazine that you handle with care, turning each page with delicate fingers. I'm notorious for trashing magazines when I read them, folding down pages and eventually tearing out ones I like and putting them in folders for inspiration. But not this one. This one remains pristine after being read cover to cover.
I also happen to be in this issue. They did a feature on our house which was shot just days before the movers came. Even though I was anxious to begin sorting things out and getting rid of stuff, I had to keep it nice until the shoot was over. I'm so pleased to have these lovely pictures of my house as it was just before we left for London. It's a sweet reminder of the wonderful times my family and I spent there.
I also styled two other pieces for the issue: the apartment of Joy Cho (Oh Joy blog) and the house of celebrity hairstylist Davy Newkirk.
As soon as I have images to share from the shoots, I will. In the meantime, you can order the magazine online and buy it in select stores including Anthropologie.
Just read this issue and wanted to stop over and tell you your home is gorgeous -- it's so charming and looks like a very welcoming and fun vibe!

ReplyDeleteCan you get this in U.S?
ReplyDeleteAlison - yes it's a US based magazine, out of San Francisco in fact. Subscription only but available in select stores, including some Anthropologies. You may be able to order copies from their website too. Pricey at $12 but worth it.
